I am extremely excited to announce we are in the beginning stages of creating a Group Health Association Plan in conjunction with NESA (National Electronic Security Association). As you know if you have under 50 lives on your health insurance plan the rates are filed and set. In the over 50 life market or “large group” arena there is much flexibility and negotiations to be had with the carriers. Whether you are small group, large group or if you do not have a health insurance plan at all this will be a game changer for you.

By alarm dealers banning together and becoming a large group it will give you purchasing power to lower health insurance costs and even increase your coverage. If you do not have health insurance this could be a great way to attract and retain new talent.

We need to obtain information so we can approach the insurance carriers with data to put together a structured option. We hope to have this information to the NESA board at the upcoming TBFAA Conference in October. We ask that you complete the survey linked below and send it back with a current employee census.  A copy of your current health insurance plan would be helpful as well. The more data we have the better the group plan can be established and negotiated with the carriers. The information collected will only be shared with the insurance carriers.

We strive to bring value to your business and this could be a big time value.

Thank you for working on this very important project.

Feel free to contact Brad Shipp, Executive Director of NESA with any questions regarding this association project. Questions in regards to insurance coverage can be directed to him or Brian Villari.
